By booking, I understand and accept the operational dynamics of the tour, which lasts approximately 2 hours. I acknowledge that I will be transported by boat to a platform in the middle of crystal clear waters where the Sea Trek team will welcome me. I understand that the group will be divided into two: while one part enjoys 30 minutes of snorkeling, the other will do the Sea Trek experience for 30 minutes, swapping activities afterwards.

Specifically for the Sea Trek activity, I understand that the descent to the seabed is done gradually via a 20-step ladder (20 feet/6 meters deep) to familiarize myself with the aquatic environment and the use of the Sea Trek helmet. Once at the bottom, I will be guided along a path marked by handrails for a comfortable and safe underwater walk.

Physical Requirements and Medical Restrictions

I confirm that all participants included in this reservation meet the mandatory physical requirements: they are at least 8 years old and weigh between 80 pounds (36.3 kg) and a maximum of 250 pounds (113 kg). I understand that wheelchairs, electric scooters, and walkers are not permitted on the activity due to boat and platform logistics.

I also certify that I do not suffer from any of the health conditions restricted for this activity. I acknowledge that this tour is not recommended or permitted for pregnant women or people with back or neck injuries, a history of seizures, hearing problems, vertigo, recent surgery, heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension, or asthma. By proceeding with the purchase, I assume responsibility for my health and that of my companions.

Weather Policy and Closures

I understand that the availability of the attraction depends on weather and sea conditions. In the event of closure due to acts of nature or extreme force majeure, tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of specific closure of the attraction due to inclement weather conditions that prevent the safety of the tour, tickets may be applied to another date or refunded.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

In the event that your trip is canceled or your travel dates change, the date of the activity may be modified and/or purchased tickets may be refunded under the following conditions: If you booked with a flexible date, you may cancel at any time. If you selected a specific date, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee due to credit card payment procedures. If you simply wish to change your date, there will be no charge for this change.

Ticket Confirmation and Data Use

Your ticket confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided. We do not send tickets by physical mail; you only need to show your electronic confirmation to board. Your registration information is confidential and will never be shared with third-party vendors or used for any purpose other than managing your reservation with Sea Trek St. Maarten.
